With three locations in Post Falls, Rathdrum and Spokane Valley, owner Felix Cabrera is dishing out the love for authentic Mexican cuisine!

 

The freshly sizzled fajitas, grilled pollo, carne asada and shrimp, and fresh guacamole will make you think you were south of the border! Menu offerings include an array of Mexican specialties, from house-made tamales, chile rellenos and chimichangas, to burritos, tacos,

tostadas, chorizo con huevos and a variety of house specialties. There’s even a fun kids’ menu that is sure to make any kid happy. If you don’t have time to dine in, you can order to go. 

 

The causal, warm, fun and festive atmosphere is perfect for families, lunches with business associates or friends, and celebrations of any kind! The grande margaritas and coronaritas are so delicious, you’ll want another! ARROZ CON CAMARONES

Shrimp, garlic, bacon, tomatoes, bell peppers and onions, sautéed in our signature Cabana sauce, all on a bed of rice with cheese on top and served with tortillas on the side

 

TAMALE AND CHILE RELLENO

Pork cooked in red sauce, rolled in cornmeal, topped with a red enchilada sauce and cheese, served with an Anaheim pepper stuffed with cheese, rolled in an egg batter and topped with our signature Cabana sauce and cheese

 

CHIMICHANGA

A large deep-fried fl our tortilla stuffed with your choice of beef or chicken, served with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream
and guacamole

 

CAMARONES LA CABANA

Shrimp, mushrooms and red potatoes sautéed in a green sauce and topped with melted cheese, served with three tortillas

 

SUPER CABANA BURRITO

A 12-inch fl our tortilla filled with your choice
of beef, chicken or pork, beans, cheese, lettuce and mild salsa, topped with enchilada sauce and cheese, served with beans, guacamole and

MI CASITA TACOS

Three soft corn tortillas with carne asada, fresh pico de gallo and cheese, served with two peppers and guacamole

POLLO EN SALSA

An 8 oz. sliced chicken breast, tomatoes, onions, green bell peppers, mushrooms, cilantro and garlic sautéed in our signature Cabana sauce, topped with cheese, served with three tortillas
